A little about me

Why I do this, and what you can count on.

I've been part of CMS Mortgage Solutions since 2012 — I started behind the scenes as a processor, learning how a loan really gets done, and I learned it from our founder, Corrina Carter, herself. So when you work with me, you're not getting someone who's still figuring it out. You're getting someone who knows this process inside and out.

Early on, I went deep on the part most people never see — the rules, the guidelines, the compliance side that quietly decides whether a loan actually closes. I did that on purpose. The more I understand the fine print, the better I can protect you from surprises. You'll know what's happening upfront and at every step, in plain words — and when you call, I pick up.

Here in Hampton Roads, I help first-time buyers, military families using their VA benefit, FHA buyers, and self-employed borrowers who don't fit a neat box.
