Who I am

I start with where you want to live.

I'm Lynette Moreno, a loan officer at CMS Mortgage Solutions. I help buyers explore Tucson and Southern Arizona with both USDA and FHA in mind. A home outside the city can raise different loan questions. I help you sort through those questions before you settle on a program.

I put USDA and FHA side by side so you can understand the differences. USDA eligibility depends on the property location and household income under USDA rules. I explain what needs review for each option, in English or Spanish.

If buying is still a little way off, I can help you prepare. We can talk about your budget, gather the documents for review, and write down your next steps. You can bring questions about buying in the city or farther out. Aquí estoy pa' ayudarte.
