Who I am

A Northern Virginia loan officer who stays with you start to finish.

I'm Melissa, an experienced loan officer at CMS Mortgage Solutions here in Northern Virginia. I've spent years helping buyers across Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax and the broader DC metro find their way home. For a lot of the people I work with, this is their first time buying — or their first time buying in a market this fast. That can feel intimidating. My job is to make it feel possible.

We go one step at a time, in plain language. I'll tell you the truth about where you stand and what to prepare next — never rushing you, never making it sound easier or harder than it is.

I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, condo and townhome buyers, and busy professionals — including the folks who feel like their situation is too complicated to ask about. When you work with me, you work with me, from the first conversation through closing. I treat your file like it's my own, because that's how this should feel.
