I make room for a repeatable week.
I choose a few useful questions ahead of time so filming fits around my work with families.

What each channel is for
I adapt each answer for where I share it.Instagram 3–4× / week
I post FHA explainers here first. I use Stories for a Norfolk budget question or an invitation to ask in Spanish. I keep each video focused on one idea.
TikTok 3–4× / week
I share short explanations of FHA paperwork and loan terms. I also answer military-spouse questions about communication and planning. I add clear captions in the language I use.
Facebook 3–4× / week
I share practical homebuying questions with Hampton Roads households. I include Spanish captions and military-family planning topics. I check group rules before sharing a post.
YouTube Shorts 1–2× / week
I save my clearest FHA and VA explanations here. I use titles about the actual question, such as FHA costs or planning a Norfolk move. I review the information before reusing an older video.
My two filming sessions
I set aside time for a few clear answers.- I record 3 videos in a quiet spot with my notes nearby.
- I record one FHA explanation, one Spanish-language answer, and one Norfolk planning tip.
- I finish recording before I review captions.
- I record 2 videos: one military-spouse question and one invitation to talk about FHA or VA.
- I ask about family schedules without claiming military experience.
- I check all five posts for clear wording before sharing.
The 28-hook bank
I choose a hook and answer one question. Educational content only. Not endorsed by or affiliated with any government agency; not a commitment to lend. Eligibility and loan terms depend on individual review.Pillar 01 FHA First · Costs & Questions

Filming basics
I keep the setup simple and the words clear.Light: I face a window and check that my face is easy to see.
Frame: I steady my phone vertically and leave space for captions.
Audio: I test a short recording to make sure every word is clear.
Length: I open with the question, answer it briefly, and pause between ideas.
Captions: I review captions in both languages. I check accents, punctuation, and loan terms before posting.
One-take energy: I use my everyday speaking voice. I record again if my explanation needs more clarity.
End with the step: I end with one invitation: "Send me your FHA question" or "Ask me in Spanish." I leave the choice with the viewer.
